I’ve started running barefoot recently and am gonna come for the run. I wanted to bring a friend whose never done any barefoot running before. Would this run be a good experience for him or should I wait until another day?

There will be people walking, people running, and probably some just enjoying the sunset. Everyone is welcome to go at their own pace, or no pace at all.

This was a very fun run. We even have a name for it: “the first annual ‘Enjoying Living’ run!”

Barefoot Ken Bob: My family is coming to Anaheim the 1st week in April. How far in advance do you post your fun runs/clinics? I’d love to come and run with you all. Currently watching the Lake Effect fall in Michigan… Roachbrown

Just talked with my Dad on the phone. He’s watching the same snow in Michigan (Traverse City area)…

How’s about April 3rd (Saturday), or 4th (Sunday)?

Also, my wife and I will be in Michigan this summer, probably Cherry Festival time in Traverse City. We’ll probably be setting up a workshop then and there too, and/or near Grand Ledge where my sister lives.

Usually I avoid Sunday scheduling, because many local races are scheduled on Sundays.

However, I will consider a Sunday workshop. Already have January (16) and February (6th) scheduled. How about in March or April? Or, later in February?

Thanks Ken Bob for the offer to run with you all. I’m amazed by your accessibility and openness on your site. I’d love to come out on Sunday April 4. Let me know where you’d like to go, I don’t know the area at all; I’m coming to the land of Disney mostly to the delight of my 4 year old daughter.
